As a Project Social Inclusion
Specialist, your work will be critical in advancing social inclusion,

🎓 Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education Requirements:
You must possess either of the
following:
- Master’s Degree
in fields such as International Relations, Political Science, Public
Administration, International Peace and Conflict Resolution, or Social
Sciences.
- Bachelor’s Degree
with an additional two years of qualifying experience in a relevant
field.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience (with a Master’s) or 7 years (with a Bachelor’s) in human rights, development, or international relations.
- Demonstrated experience working with:
- National Human Rights Institutions (NHRIs)
- UN agencies or international organizations
- EU-funded or donor-funded projects
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and
database management tools.
- Familiarity with web-based management systems and
spreadsheet tools.
- Ability to write detailed reports and analyses for
donor agencies.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in English and Urdu is required.
